Formula 2000 Championship is similar to Formula 1, in fact the catamarans are of the same lenght but the motorization is Mercury 2000cc and the alimentation is by carburation, in this way they can reach less speed than Formula 1.

In the Italian Championship are involved ten boats, fifthteen in the World Championship and in the Continental Cup.

The races are beautiful and fightned, in result to have balanced Championships until the last race.
